1. Place your items in your Return Envelope, as explained on the accompanying letter.
2. Go to the Post Office, and hand the Return Envelope over at the counter, (don't forget to mention it is prepaid).
3. Receive a receipt like the one below that certifies you have sent your kit.
4. Track your items online using the following information on the receipt.
